A former antiques warehouse transformed into a very successful modern hybrid of café, bar and street food venue, hosting live music and community events. Half the roof was removed to create a terrace and new staircases inserted to combine the venue across four floors. The existing character was retained as much as possible at the same time as creating an acoustically sealed music venue.
