We have recently received planning approval for this house extension in Gosforth. The proposal is for the demolition of the existing conservatory at the rear of the property and replace with a single storey extension, to compliment the re-planning of the internal layout.

The proposal will create an open plan kitchen and dining space, with an additional snug, utility room, bathroom and gym/study within the existing structure. The extension will have glazed doors and windows opening into the garden to make maximum use of the north/east facing facade. Additionally, the existing garage will be split into two spaces, the front remaining as a store and the rear to be converted into a gym/office with insulated walls and raised floor.
